Starlite 2008 was a success and we have many to be grateful to.

The Bachelor of Science Club (BSC) thanks you for supporting this event! It certainly would not have been the same without YOU to hype up the mood last night.

Dearest All,

StarLite 2008 is here! The day has finally come and you are cordially invited to liven up the event! Of course ADMISSION IS FREE! We promise you, you will not regret coming!

Drop by the Student Hub later today and have a sneak peek of what is to come.

You will be happy to note that half the finalists’ fate will depend on VOTES! So grab your friends (not by the neck, I hope) and get everyone to support our singing sensations tonight!

Also, look out for more activities Bsc Club has in store for the NIE Community. We will be sharing a lot more than just charming voices tonight!

Last year’s soloist champion, Yunus will be appearing as guest performer!

StarLite 2008 has seen many impressive singers amongst our teachers-to be. And we are proud to present to you the 6 solo vocalists and 3 groups who have managed to soar themselves into the Finals!

Stay tuned for more information and do look out for their posters and faces around school! They may just be the ones who could ROCK the stage like you’ve never felt before!

We regret to inform you that due to poor response, the Organizing Committee has decided to discontinue with the Dance Category.

We deeply apologise to the team members of the group(s) for not being able to compete this year.

However, for the rest of you out there, be prepared to be blown away by our finalists and guest performers next Friday! Yes, the date IS nearing! So what are you waiting for?? Flip through your calendar and book this date!

NIE’s very own Talent Competition is here! For the 2nd year running, the Bachelor of Science Club (BSC) has proudly organized this annual competition for our teachers-to-be. And we’re back with something different!

NEW CATEGORY!
This year, we have opened a new category specially for the dancers out there itching to flaunt their moves on stage! In collaboration with NIE’s Dance team – Dance Fuzion, BSC has added a new category – Dance (Group) and yes, there are amazing prizes to be won!
